LEAD! Leadership, Education and Development! Is a global project aiming at empowering young people to work as team leaders in *Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Germany and 9 countries of the global South. The project promotes commitment and partnership for sustainable development. It focuses on creating “global leaders” who will be capable of guiding North-South groups, trained to identify concrete goals for sustainable development. These leaders will be able to develop tools for the implementation of the identified goals and will have the knowledge, raises funds and financial aid for the developed ideas in order to acquire and implement their own projects successfully.
