The
I- mentor is a “Leader to leader mentor-ship program” where community leaders interacts with young who have leadership ambitions, the program connects Leaders who have experience in handling real world scenarios and have created a positive impact in their lives and within the communities with young people with leadership dreams , the role of this program is to connect young leaders with qualified mentors who provide valuable insight and advice to ambitious peers who are challenged with their inborn un-built Leadership skills.
The program involves leaders from different sectors (Including Entrepreneurs, people in the Local Government, youth role models, people from Non Profit Organizations, church).
The program directly involves young people in identifying who their role models are and these role models are contacted.
