I stay in Makindye and I am the first born of the 5 children. I was born in a very humble family which couldn’t afford to pay my fees at an advanced level. Given the fact that my mother had to cater for my other sibling i personally was left on my pwn to run my life, lucky a enough my friend was introduced me to Somero Uganda an organization which helps vulnerable girls with education and life skills. This organization gave me hope and an opportunity to join Advanced level of education in order to achieve my future goals. Somero Uganda paid all the fees and supporting needs until when i graduated as a Social worker, As i speak now I am a professional Social Worker i hold a bachelor’s degree in social work and social administration, a certificate in Computer Applications, An advanced certificate in counseling and guidance. Thank you Somero Team!

I would like to encourage all girl who have lost hope to never to give up , those who feel like time has gone for them to join school ,it never too late for anyone to become someone in the future. Just trust God, have a dream, use the chances that are put in front of you. Strive to excel, you will make it to your dreams, because with God all things are possible. Keep on trying because the sky is the limit.
“>Thank you Somero Team, for God and my country.
